Chinese Sweet Chili with Prawn

INGREDIENTS: FOR 2
Garlic... 3 cloves
Ginger... 2cm*2cm
Sesame Oil... x
Water... 1 cup
Chicken Soup Stock... x
Dou Ban Jiang(Chinese chili bean sauce)... 1 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup... 4 Tbs
Oyster Sauce... 1 Tsp
Say Sauce... 1 Tsp
Potato Starch / Corn Starch...x
(in BE, Starch = Flour) CHILI SAUCE

Prawn... 16
Sake... x
Potato Starch / Corn Starch... x
Jumbo Spring Onion... 1
Egg... 2

PREPARING:
Garlic & Ginger = Cut into tiny pieces. (mijingiri)
Spring Onion = Slice into rings. (wagiri)
Prawn = ①Devein, slit deep on the back side.
    ②Wash, dry with paper towel.
    ③Sprinkle sake then starch.

COOKING METHOD:
a. Chili sauce. (Sauce pan)
Fry garlic and ginger with sesame oil.
After they were fried well, add rest of sauce ingredients except starch.
Turn off the heat when boiled.
Melt starch with some water then pour in the pan.

b. The rest. (Frying pan)
Fry prawns with oil(a little more than usual amount).
Add eggs. Mix.

Serve: Pour chili sauce over the prawns.
